EXPLORAION (Pre-Session)
- An initial exploration process will be completed. The goal of this session is to understand more about you and your overall coaching goals.
VENT (Session 1)
- Space is provided for you to vent. This time is not to be used to get stuck in the negativity of continuous complaining, this is the time and opportunity to relieve the pressure of the past and move toward the solutions of the future.
INTROSPECT (Session 2)
- You will learn the importance of Introspection.
REFRAME (Session 3)
- You will learn the art of reframing the outlook of your life. Learning the steps of our R.E.F.R.A.M.E Formula.
TRANSFORM (Session 4)
- You will transform. Turn your feelings into inspired action. You will realize your personal vision set SMART goals.
TRANSITION (Session 5)
- You will transition. Moving away from old thinking into a new way of living and being.
MANIFEST-U (Session 6)
- You will practice the art of manifestation as you visualize yourself living your true desires.
EMBODY (Session 7)
- You will embody your true Essence!
